قبول الشروط

مرحباً بك في تطبيق حكايات. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

الخدمة

يُنشئ حكايات قصصاً مخصصة للأطفال باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، بناءً على المعلومات التي يُدخلها وليّ الأمر. التطبيق مُوجَّه للآباء والأمهات لاستخدامه مع أطفالهم.

الحساب

يجب أن تكون بالغاً (18 عاماً فأكثر) ووليّ أمر أو وصيّاً لإنشاء حساب.
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل دخولك.
يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناته في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.

الاشتراكات والفوترة

يوفّر حكايات اشتراكات مدفوعة تفتح ميزات إضافية: عدداً أكبر من القصص شهرياً، وملفات أطفال أكثر، وقصصاً أطول. حدود كل باقة معروضة داخل التطبيق وفي صفحة الدعم.
الاشتراك يتجدد تلقائياً ويُحاسَب عبر حساب App Store أو Google Play الخاص بك.
يُجدَّد الاشتراك ما لم تُلغِ التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
تُدار عمليات الإلغاء من إعدادات حسابك في App Store أو Google Play، وليس من داخل التطبيق.
تخضع المبالغ المستردة لسياسة المتجر (Apple أو Google) المعمول بها.

المحتوى المُولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي

القصص والرسوم تُنشأ آلياً بواسطة الذكاء الاصطناعي وقد تحتوي على أخطاء أو محتوى غير متوقع. ننصح بأن يُراجع وليّ الأمر القصص قبل مشاركتها مع الطفل.

الوضع العلاجي ليس بديلاً عن الرعاية المهنية. القصص ذات الطابع العلاجي مُعدّة للدعم العاطفي العام فقط، ولا تُعدّ نصيحة طبية أو نفسية. عند وجود قلق بشأن صحة طفلك أو سلامته، استشر مختصاً مؤهلاً.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا تستخدم التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار.
لا تحاول الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى أنظمتنا أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة.
لا تُدخل محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.

الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامته التجارية مملوكة لنا. القصص التي تُنشئها مخصّصة لاستخدامك الشخصي وغير التجاري مع عائلتك.

إخلاء المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" دون ضمانات. لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون.

التغييرات على الشروط

قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط الجديدة.

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Hikayat (حكايات). By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Hikayat generates personalized children's stories using AI, based on the information a parent provides. The app is intended for parents and guardians to use with their children.

Your Account

You must be an adult (18+) and a parent or guardian to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from within the app.

Subscriptions & Billing

Hikayat offers paid subscriptions that unlock additional features: a larger monthly story allowance, more child profiles, and longer stories. Each plan's limits are shown in the app and on the support page.
The subscription is an auto-renewing purchase billed through your App Store or Google Play account.
It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation is handled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside the app.
Refunds are subject to the applicable store (Apple or Google) policy.

AI-Generated Content

Stories and illustrations are generated automatically by AI and may contain errors or unexpected content. We recommend a parent reviews stories before sharing them with a child.

Therapeutic mode is not a substitute for professional care. Therapeutic-style stories are intended for general emotional support only and are not medical or psychological advice. If you have concerns about your child's health or wellbeing, consult a qualified professional.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems or otherwise misuse the service.
Do not submit content that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, and its branding are owned by us. The stories you generate are for your personal, non-commercial use with your family.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
