مقدمة

مرحباً بك في تطبيق حكايات. نحن نقدّر خصوصيتك وخصوصية أطفالك بشكل كبير. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه، وكيف نستخدمه، وكيف نحميه.

باستخدامك للتطبيق، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه الوثيقة.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط الحد الأدنى اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق:

رقم الجوال: لإنشاء حسابك وتسجيل الدخول. نُرسل إليك رمز تحقق عبر خدمة Twilio. لا نحفظ كلمة مرور — الدخول برقم الجوال ورمز التحقق فقط.
ملفات تعريف الأطفال: الاسم والعمر والجنس والجنسية — تُحفظ على خوادمنا بشكل آمن لمزامنتها عبر أجهزتك، مع نسخة مخبّأة محلياً على جهازك.
صورة الطفل (اختيارية): إذا اخترت أن ترسم لطفلك شخصية مصوّرة، ترفع صورة واضحة لوجهه. الصورة تُرسل إلى خدمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لرسم الشخصية، وتُحذف عند حذف الطفل أو الحساب. هذه الخطوة اختيارية بالكامل، والتطبيق يعمل بدونها.
القصص المولّدة: تُحفظ على خوادمنا وتُخبّأ محلياً على جهازك.
مُعرِّف التثبيت: رقم عشوائي يُنشأ على جهازك عند أول تشغيل، نستخدمه لثلاثة أغراض فقط: أن نعرف أن هذا الجهاز استهلك قصته المجانية، وأن نعدّ الزيارات اليومية، وأن نعدّ ضغطات زر «ابدأ أول حكاية». الرقم نفسه لا يحمل أي معلومة عنك، ولا نستخدمه للإعلانات. وإذا سجّلت دخولك نربط زيارة اليوم بحسابك، كما يوضّح البند التالي.
عدد الزيارات: نعدّ الزيارات اليومية للتطبيق والموقع لكل جهاز برقم مجهول، دون أسماء أو أرقام جوال أو عناوين IP. وإذا سجّلت دخولك نربط الزيارة بحسابك أيضاً، لنرى كيف يصبح الزوار عائلات في حكايات. وعند حذف الحساب يُزال هذا الربط.
ضغطات «ابدأ أول حكاية»: نعدّ كل ضغطة على هذا الزر لكل جهاز بالرقم المجهول نفسه، دون أسماء أو أرقام جوال أو عناوين IP. والضغطة التي تفتح حساب زائر نربطها بذلك الحساب، وعند حذف الحساب يُزال هذا الربط.
بيانات الاشتراك: تُدار من خلال RevenueCat لمعالجة المدفوعات داخل التطبيق.

كيف نستخدم المعلومات

توليد قصص مخصصة باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي بناءً على ملف تعريف طفلك.
إدارة اشتراكك وصلاحية الوصول.
تحسين جودة التطبيق وتجربة المستخدم.

لا نبيع بياناتك. لا نشاركها مع جهات تسويقية.

الذكاء الاصطناعي والصور والصوت

عند توليد قصة، نُرسل إلى مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي (OpenAI، عبر OpenRouter) معلومات محدودة: اسم الطفل وعمره وجنسه والمدخلات التي تختارها أنت — مثل نوع المغامرة، أو الموقف الذي تريد أن تعالجه القصة.

وإذا رفعت صورة لطفلك لتوليد شخصية مصوّرة، فإن هذه الصورة تُرسل أيضاً إلى خدمة توليد الصور لدى OpenAI لرسم الشخصية. نقولها صراحةً لأنها تخصّك: صورة وجه طفلك تغادر خوادمنا إلى طرف ثالث. لا نرفعها إلا باختيارك أنت، ولا نستخدمها لغرض آخر، ولا نبيعها، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب أي نموذج.

وعند تشغيل الرواية الصوتية، يُرسل نص القصة إلى خدمة تحويل النص إلى كلام لإنتاج الصوت.

تخضع هذه البيانات لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بكل مزوّد.

الأطفال وخصوصيتهم

التطبيق مُوجَّه للآباء والأمهات — لا يتفاعل الأطفال معه مباشرةً، ولا نجمع أي بيانات من الطفل نفسه. كل ما يخصّ طفلك يُدخله وليّ الأمر: الاسم والعمر والجنس والجنسية، وصورة الوجه إن اخترت توليد شخصية مصوّرة. تُحفظ هذه البيانات ضمن حساب وليّ الأمر، وتُحذف كاملةً عند حذف الطفل أو الحساب.

الأمان

نخزّن حسابك وملفات أطفالك وقصصك على خوادمنا بشكل آمن لمزامنتها عبر أجهزتك، ونستخدم اتصالات مشفّرة (HTTPS) في كل التعاملات. لا نحفظ كلمات مرور إطلاقاً: الدخول يتم برمز تحقق يُرسل إلى رقم جوالك وينتهي بعد دقائق.

خدمات الطرف الثالث

OpenAI و OpenRouter: توليد نصوص القصص، والرسوم التوضيحية، وشخصية طفلك المصوّرة من صورته.
خدمة تحويل النص إلى كلام: إنتاج الرواية الصوتية.
Twilio: إرسال رمز التحقق إلى رقم جوالك.
RevenueCat: إدارة الاشتراكات.
Apple App Store: معالجة المدفوعات داخل التطبيق.
Moyasar: معالجة مدفوعات الكتب المطبوعة، إن طلبت كتاباً.
Supabase و Render: استضافة قاعدة البيانات والخوادم.

لكل خدمة سياسة خصوصية مستقلة تحكم بياناتها.

حقوقك

يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت عبر إعدادات Apple.
حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق يمسح بياناتك من خوادمنا نهائياً.
يمكنك حذف طفل بمفرده، وتُحذف معه صورته وشخصيته المصوّرة.
يمكنك استخدام التطبيق كاملاً دون رفع أي صورة.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنعلمك بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة الجديدة.

Introduction

Welcome to Hikayat (حكايات). We deeply respect your privacy and the privacy of your children. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum required to operate the app:

Phone number: To create your account and sign in. We send you a verification code via Twilio. We store no password — signing in uses your phone number and that code.
Child profiles: Name, age, gender, and nationality — stored securely on our servers so they sync across your devices, with a copy cached on your device.
Your child's photo (optional): If you choose to create an illustrated character, you upload a clear photo of your child's face. It is sent to an AI service to draw the character, and is deleted when you delete the child or your account. This step is entirely optional and the app works without it.
Generated stories: Saved to our servers and cached on your device.
Install identifier: A random number created on your device the first time you open the app. We use it for three things only: to know that this device has used its one free story, to count daily visits, and to count presses of the “Start your first story” button. The number itself contains nothing about you, and we never use it for advertising. When you are signed in, the day's visit is also linked to your account, as the next item explains.
Daily visits: We count daily visits to the app and the website per device, using an anonymous number, without names, phone numbers or IP addresses. When you are signed in, the visit is also linked to your account, so we can see how visitors become families. Deleting your account removes that link.
“Start your first story” presses: We count each press of this button per device, using the same anonymous number, without names, phone numbers or IP addresses. A press that opens a guest account is linked to that account, and deleting the account removes the link.
Subscription data: Managed through RevenueCat for in-app purchase processing.

How We Use Your Information

To generate personalized stories using AI based on your child's profile.
To manage your subscription and access.
To improve app quality and user experience.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertising or marketing companies.

AI, Photos, and Audio

When generating a story we send limited information to OpenAI — the child's first name, age, gender, and the story inputs you choose (adventure type or therapeutic theme). If you upload a photo of your child to create a personalized illustrated character, that photo is also sent to OpenAI's image service to generate the character's likeness. Photos are used solely to create your illustrations, are never sold, and are never used to train any model of ours. They are subject to OpenAI's privacy and data-use policies.

When you play a story aloud, the story text is sent to a text-to-speech service to produce the audio.

We also rely on trusted service providers for specific features: a messaging provider to send phone-verification codes (your phone number), and — if you order a printed book — a payment and fulfilment provider to process and ship the order (your name and shipping address). We share only the data each provider needs for that feature, and never with advertisers.

Children's Privacy

The app is for parents — children do not interact with it directly, and we collect nothing from the child themselves. Everything about your child is entered by the parent: name, age, gender, nationality, and a photo of their face if you choose to generate an illustrated character. It is stored under the parent's account and deleted in full when you delete the child or the account.

Security

Your account, child profiles, and stories are stored securely on our servers so they sync across your devices, and all communication uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). We store no passwords at all: signing in uses a verification code sent to your phone, which expires in minutes.

Third-Party Services

OpenAI and OpenRouter: Story text, illustrations, and your child's illustrated character from their photo.
Text-to-speech service: Narrating stories aloud.
Twilio: Sending the verification code to your phone.
RevenueCat: Subscription management.
Apple App Store: In-app purchase processing.
Moyasar: Payment processing for printed books, if you order one.
Supabase and Render: Database and server hosting.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their data.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all data at any time from within the app.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through Apple Settings.
Deleting your account in the app permanently erases your data from our servers.
You can delete a single child, which also deletes their photo and illustrated character.
You can use the entire app without ever uploading a photo.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
